He was predeceased by: his parents, Morley Weaver and Mary Towers (Greek); his wife Beverly Weaver (Malovey) of Mary's Assumption Church; his son Mark Weaver; and the parents of child, Morley Weaver and Mary Towers.

He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Stoneburner of Bronson and Marchelle Rzepka (Marcy) of Lansing; his grandsons, Reese Stoneburner (Allyssa) of Southern Pines, NC and Drew (Elizabeth Hume) of Davenport, IA; his sister Sandra Zabonick (Jake) of Coldwater Lake; his niece Amanda Fitzpatrick (Sean); and his nephew Aaron Zabonick.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Assumption School.
