She is survived by: her caregivers, Jennifer, Danielle and TJ; her children, Christina Petry (John) and Paul Junker; her grandchildren, Kelsey Wohlgemuth (John) and Benjamin Petry; her brothers, Edward Rzepka and Anthony Rzepka (Kate Bercaw); and her siblings-in-law, Michael Poling (Marcia) and Phyllis Youse (late Larry).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Barbara's name may be directed to St. Mary's Assumption School (Roof and Boiler Repair Fund) or Branch County Humane Society or Elara Caring Hospice.
