He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Mott and Stella Mott (Raymond); and his siblings, Carl, Roy, Edward Mott, Mildred Clemens, Dessie Kennedy, Bonnie Hayes and Virginia Mott.
He is survived by: his wife Jerri Mott (Burton); his children, Glenda Mott-Long (Mark) of Watervliet, Van Mott of Coloma and Aaron Mott of Benton Harbor; his grandchildren, Tasha, Trey and Nicole; his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Jaedyn, Liam, Jac, Noah and Nathan; and his siblings, Charley Mott (Faye) of Benton Harbor, Lee Mott (Linda) of Stevensville and Polly Rankin (Ray) of Iron Mountain. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
