He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Buggs" Moss and Irene Moss (Kinter); his grandson Devin James O'Rourke; and his pet Red. He is survived by: his wife Wynona Plettner; his children, Rhonda O'Rourke (Dave) of Angola and Todd Moss (Michelle) of Fremont; his brother Carl Moss (Julie) of Galesburg, MI; and his grandchildren, Madison O'Rourke, Brayleigh and Brayton Moss. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations are suggested to the American Lung Association or the Branch County Humane Society.
