He is survived by: his stepmother Alice Field; his mother-in-law Linda Neal; his sister Jamie Hough (Field); his brother-in-law Ralph Matrau; his nephew Michael S. Field, Jr. (Chauntelle); his grandson Lucas Field; and his sibling's children, Brittany, Tiffany, Tarra, Stephanie, Harley and David L. Field II. He is also survived by three great-nephews and two great-nieces.
