He is survived by: his wife Shirley Eichenberg; and his children, Robert Schiffer Jr. (Connie), Christine Wulff (Christopher), Charles Eichenberg (Teri), Katherine Ulrich (James), Julie Friend (Blaine) and Cindy Fowler (James). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren: 26 great-grandchildren.
