He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Swilley; and his grandparents, Georgia Vallad, Oren Vallad and Gordon Bell. He is survived by: his father Clenneth Lee Bell (Suellen) of Addison; his girlfriend Danielle Hackworth; his children, Hailey Dennis, Caden Dennis and Alaina Hackworth of Brooklyn; his siblings, Timothy Havens (Kelly) of Tuscumbia, Brandon Bell (Brandy) of Hudson, Clenneth Joseph Bell of Toledo, Heather Mull of Grand Rapids and Brandy Heath (Billy) of Hudson; and his aunts, Gail Kapp (Howard), Linda Schneider and Tammy Kitchen (David). He is also survived by 6 nephews, 7 nieces and several cousins.
