She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Stobbe and Edna Stobbe (Herbst); and her husband William Sullivan. She is survived by: her children, Steven Sullivan, Michael Sullivan (Debra), Joann Neeb (Lew), Lorraine Bice (Randy) and Diane Higgins (Michael). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
