He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kelley and Cora Kelley (Agustus); and his brothers, Dick, Jay, Francis, Pat and Bobby.
He is survived by: his wife Merry Perry; his sons, Michael Kelley (Bridget) and Doug Kelley (Betty); and his close friends, Joe Vogel and Fred Wilkins. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
