He is survived by: his wife Kim VanEtten; his former wife Sally; his children, David Patrick VanEtten (Angela), Adam VanEtten (Lacey), Rylee and Kristal Van Etten; his grandchildren, David Lee VanEtten, Alexandria Teramino (Anthony), Joshua and Londyn VanEtten; his great grandchildren, Carrick and Roman Teramino; his siblings, Dale VanEtten and Carol Dickerson (Darren); his sister-in-law Kelly Rosinski (Steve); and his mother-in-law Kathy Baughman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
