He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Foley and Kathleen Foley; and his sisters, Mary Margaret Foley, Kathleen MacIntosh, Ann Ruble, Sheila Switzer and Eileen McGreevy.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Michael Foley (Eileen), Timothy Foley (Colleen), Kelly Safino (Steve), Colleen Gottschalk (Jeff), David Fleming (Taria) and Heather Crabb (John); and his brother John Foley. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rita Catholic Church (10720 Hayes Rd, Clarklake, MI 49234). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
