It is with sadness that the passing of Richard Lee Turner of Brooklyn, Michigan is shared. Richard passed away on September 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Turner and Mildred Turner (Stewart); his wife Doreen; and his grandson Logan. He is survived by: his children, LeAnn Vincent (Jeff), Lori Smith (Wendell), Lisa Elmer (Dave) and Rocky Turner (Jamie); his siblings, James Turner (Frankie), Thomas Turner (Nancy), Penny Gaetzi (Jim) and Michael Turner (Jo); his grandchildren, Jacob, Alyssa (Brent), Nicholas, Luke, Tyler and Katie; and his great grandchildren, Leighton, Parker and Stephen.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the All Saints Episcopal Church (151 N Main St, Brooklyn, MI 49230).
Memorial contributions are suggested to Shriners Children's Hospital.
