She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Conklin, Scott Ryder and Harley Yarbro; her sister Michelle Fagan; her sister-in-law Holly Gillman; and her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Grayson, Emberlynn, Ariel, Chrissy and Scottie.
