She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bragg and Elna Bragg (Gilbert); her brother Denny Bragg; and her son Kevin Cymes. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Jon Cymes (Kristi), Trudy Wright (Jamie), John Shear (Patty) and Joan Shear; and her brothers, Donald and Robert Bragg. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren;10 great grandchildren.

A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Brooklyn (402 S Mill St, Brooklyn, MI 49230). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
