She is survived by: her husband Bob Sample (Bob); her daughters, Jamie Castle (Andrew Castle) and Kristi Sample; her grandchildren, Christian Sample (Katie Kamp), Michael Castle, Devin Morin (Lindsay Beger), Gabriell Morin and Kain Snyder; her great grandchildren, Noah Robert Sample and Levi Noah Sample; and her siblings, Carol Harvey, Kenneth Richardson and Denise Oscar (Mark).
