He is survived by: his wife Janice Blatt; his children, Jerry Blatt (Carmen) and Dawn Basch (Jeff); his grandchildren, Nicole (Austin), Nathan (Jackie), Charis (Andrew), Chandler (Hailey), Collin and Christopher (Jen); and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Tripp and Harper.
