He was predeceased by: his brothers, Butch and Larry Mikinka. He is survived by: his sons, Jack Jr. Mikinka, James Mikinka and Kelly (Penny); and his grandchildren, Sebastian, Aleeah, Luci, Lacy, Chelsea, Lila, Kayden, Maddilyn and Addison.
