He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Franklin Lowry and Nellie Lowry; his son-in-law Micheal Stebbins; and his sister Jeanette Bryce. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lowry; his children, John R. Lowry and Julie Stebbins; and his grandsons, Daniel Stebbins (Stephanie) and Andrew Stebbins (Jenna). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
