He is survived by: his parents, Milford Stamper and Rhonda Stamper; his fiancée Bonnie Smith; his children, Mason Richards (Jazzalita), Emily Richards, Carter Richards, Lucas Richards, Abbigail Smith and Jerimiah Smith; and his siblings, Tammie Kreger (Paul), Wendy Cheek (Jonathan), Milford Stamper Jr. (Tricia), Daniel Stamper and Jessica Stamper.
