He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kaplan and Beatrice Kaplan; and his brothers, Greg Kaplan and Terry Kaplan. He is survived by: his wife Pamela (Hallesy); his sons, Gregory and Michael; his siblings, Gary Kaplan (Debra Blair), David Kaplan (Kathy) and Beth Ann Vierra (Victor); and his siblings-in-law, Jolyn Kaplan, Barbara and Michael Wirt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
