It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth L. Melton of Bruce Township, Michigan, who passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Melton and Maybelle Melton (Webster); his sons, Kenneth Melton Jr. and Richard Melton; his brother Gary Melton (Delores Melton); and his son-in-law Gerald Mound.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Mound of Superior Township, MI; his granddaughter LaChelle Patail (William); his great grandchild Oaklyn Patail of Pinckney, MI; his sister Sharon Bailey of Belleville, MI; his nieces, Heather (Ron), Heidi (Steve), Kasey and Sophia; and his nephew Noah. He is also survived by his many neighbors and friends.
