He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pieniozek and Agnes Pieniozek (Ziomek); his siblings, Lottie Pilat (John), Frank Pieniozek (Donna), Stanley Pieniozek (Kathryn), Edward Pieniozek (Lillian) and Angeline Pieniozek; and his sister-in-law Carol Pieniozek.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanore "Pat" Pieniozek; his children, James Pieniozek (Carrie) and Cheryl Houck (Allen); his grandchildren, Monica Duren (Ryan), Andrea Houck, Benjamin Houck, Aaron Pieniozek and Adrienne Pieniozek; and his brothers, Leo and John Pieniozek (Pam).
