She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Davis and Jannie Davis (Anderson); her former husband Joseph "Bill" Letcher; her daughter Paula Black; and her brothers, Perry and Billy Davis.

She is survived by: her husband Marvin Schinske; her sons, Todd W. Letcher and Jeffrey W. Letcher (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Brandon Letcher, Ryan Letcher (Nicole), Jacob Black (Sabrina) and Jessica Black; her great grandchildren, Lilith Black, Ryleigh Black and Zane Black; and her brother Alvin Davis (Lynn). She is also survived by four step-children, seven step-grandchildren and fifteen step-great-grandchildren.
