He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Susan Jenczewski; his daughters, Michelle Korteway (Jim) of Three Rivers and Janet Crabtree of South Bend; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Clay), Cassidy (Nick), Matthew (Jess), Zachary, Dylan, Brenden and Carly; his great grandchild Alexandra; his brother Gregory Horvath (Lee) of Indianapolis; and his sisters-in-law, Lorraine Sieradzki, Joan Perusek and Janet Horvath.
