He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Howard; his children, Jeromy Puglisi (Angela) of Dyer, IN, Aaron Hunter of Las Vegas, NV and Dominic Puglisi (Meghan) of Chesterton, IN; his grandchildren, Isabella and Samuel Puglisi; and his brother Paul Puglisi. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
