She is survived by: her father-in-law Douglas J. Weldy; her husband Douglas J. Weldy; her sons, Matthew J. Weldy (Stephanie) and Seth Weldy (Lindsay); her brother David Balsis (Lou); and her grandchildren, Abigail, Ava and Morgan Weldy.
