With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nancy L. Bicard of Buchanan, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Carson and Helen Carson; her husband Dewey Bicard; her daughters, Renee Bicard and Rhonda Billingsley (Bicard); her granddaughter Heather; and her brothers, Tony and Richard Carson.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Bicard (Kim) of Buchanan and Rod Bicard (Angie) of Decatur, AL; her grandchildren, David Bicard (Yanni), Nicole Bicard, Kaitlyn Waltz (Matt), Bobbie Billingsley, Kasey Kelley, Tyler Rivers (Estonia) and Peighton Bicard; and her friend Rhonda Neal.
