She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter D. Linn Sr. and Joan M. Doehrer (Thomas); her son Anthony Eugene Welsh; her grandson Christopher Thomas Welsh; and her siblings, Willadean Mervine and Craig Linn.
She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Welsh; her sons, Jeff Welsh (Stefanie), David Welsh (Annette), Brian Welsh (Gena) and James Welsh; her grandchildren, Jake Welsh (Brooke), Jared Welsh (Jessica), Zachary Hughes, Nash Welsh Broomell (Brandon), Dawson Welsh, Jeremiah Welsh, Randall, Mikey Welsh, Rhonda Jo Welsh, Tanner Welsh, Ily Lockamy, Dustin Ryder and Justin Jones (Haley); her great grandchildren, Maverick, Ellie, Moxon, Easton, Everlyn, Remington and Kollins; and her siblings, Patricia Finchum, Noreen Hernandez (Jose), Wally Linn and Johnny Linn.
