She was predeceased by: her father Allen Gabbeart. She is survived by: her husband Richard Allen Carter; her children, Scott Hinman, Sky Hinman, Joe Carter, Richard Carter (Nicole), William Carter and Anita Shirk (Philip); and her siblings, Oliver Gabbeart and Cathy Shearer (Dave). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
