He was predeceased by: his parents, Vere Mowry and Valentina Mowry (Jasper); and his half-sister Patricia Louise Mowry. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Ackerman and Richard Mowry. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
