He is survived by: his wife Pamela Merritt-Gear; his children, Jody Cline, Jr. (Paul) of Burr Oak, Christina Steeves (Andrew) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Jeff Gear (Gretchen) of South Bend, Indiana; his grandchildren, Paul Cline, III (Rachel), Courtney Deroshia (Mark), Conner Steeves and Theodore Steeves; his great grandchildren, Finn Deroshia and Beau Deroshia; and his brothers, Rod Brown (Jan) of Dewitt, Steve Brown (Mary) of Holland, OH and Greg Brown (Cheryl) of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
