He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Junior and Alene Belle Decker (Fennell). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Kelly Massey (Garry) of Burr Oak, Brian Decker of Burr Oak and Scott; his daughter-in-law Ilona Lee of Colon; and his granddaughter Danielle Lee of Illinois.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Burr Oak Cemetery (6550 Middle Colon Rd, Burr Oak, MI 49030).
