He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Currier and Elizabeth Currier (Nussbaum); his wife V. Gaye Nissley; his son Richard Currier; his grandson Colin; and his siblings, Elvina Williamson, Catherine Brinkley, John Currier and Samuel Currier.

He is survived by : his children, Carolyn Wickey (Joe) of Burr Oak, Dennis Currier (Kathy) of Burr Oak and Doug Currier (Rosalie) of Coldwater; his daughter-in-law Rita Ultz (Dale) of Burr Oak; his siblings, Mary Cronkhite (Jerry) of Burr Oak and Paul Currier of Sturgis; his sister-in-law Cooky Currier of Burr Oak; and his stepdaughters, LaRae Ganch of California and Dana Dunn of Sherwood. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
