He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Sheldon and Edna B. Sheldon; his daughters, Sue Ann and Pamela Louise; and his brother William James Sheldon.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Sheldon (Harris); and his children, Nancy Lewis, Diana Harris, Beatrice Collins (Larry), Robert J. Sheldon and Lou Ann Horning (Robert Scott). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Robert attended the Lakeport Wesleyan Church and memorial contributions can be made to the Missionary Fund.
