He is survived by: his mother Linda Smith (Campbell); his wife Deanna Lynn Flick; his children, Corey Smith (Belle) and Ashley Smith; his grandchildren, Logan, Rayven and Oliver; his siblings, Melissa Hutchinson, Michelle Smith (Ken) and Alex Smith (Trista); and his niece Sarah. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
