He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Kittle, Jr. (Miller). He is survived by: his father Elwin Kittle, Jr.; his brother Robert Kittle (Jessica); his nephew Maverick Kittle; his nieces, Ryleigh Kittle and Kinsley Kittle; his aunts, Judy Rachuba and Sharon Kittle; and his uncle Gary. He is also survived by other loving family members and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ireland's Dream, in Adam's memory.
