She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Papcun and Denise Papcun (Lienard); her husband Alfred F. Piegdon; and her sister Susan Montroy. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Black (Roderick), Monique Piegdon, Dawn Piegdon (Leonty Fineran), Scott Piegdon (Sherrie) and Nicholas Piegdon (Lisa); her grandchildren, Michael Lamer, Madison Piegdon, Nicholas Piegdon, Evan Piegdon and Jack Piegdon; her siblings, Sandy Laurence (Mike Kolkjen), Allan Papcun (Arlette), Joann Lesniewski (Gary), Peggy West (Robert), Marty Papcun (Kim), Joel Papcun (Cassie) and Craig Papcun (Linda); and her brother-in-law Robert Montroy.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots or the American Cancer Society.
