He is survived by: his wife Susan Markee; his sons, Steve Markee (Blanca) and Todd Markee (Misti); his grandchildren, Tyler Markee (Madison), Jack Markee (Grace) and Allison Markee (C. J. Gover); his sister Judy Tippitt (Ken); his sister-in-law Alice Markee; and his friends, Dan and Sylvia Foran. He is also survived by other loving family members and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice, in David's honor.
