He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth J. Thompson and Ivola M. Hopp (Press); his stepfather Daniel Hopp; his grandmother Thelma Press; and his sister-in-law Carol Thompson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Thompson (Lynn McClelland) and Lori Thompson (Kevin Thibeault); and his nieces and nephews, Dezirae McCartney (Joe), Kimberly Thompson, Daniel Thompson (Krissy) and Zachary Rose (Caitlin). He is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews; and many other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, treat yourself to a coney, one of Dave's favorites, in his memory.
