It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Georgina Ann Sovis of Burton, Michigan, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Georgina Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Georgina Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wencil Dvorak and Mary Dvorak (Jagos); and her son Ron Sovis. She is survived by: her children, Richard Sovis (Debi), Roger Sovis (Mary), Roy Sovis (Pam), Russell Sovis (Kari), Renee Hard and Ryan Sovis (Mary); and her brother Stanley Dvorak (Dorothy). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
