We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2025, at the age of 81, Gilberto Contreras of Burton, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Contreras and Victoria Contreras; his children, Kelly Ann Randal and Randy; and his brother Jay.

He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, LynEllen Rowan, Michael Kalchert, Christopher Kalchert (Becky), John Gillotte (Prea), David Contreras (Samantha), Brian Contreras and Adrian Contreras; his sisters, Linda and Mary Ellen; and his mother-in-law Dawn McLeish. He is also survived by uncle too many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Gil's name.
