Gloria Alice Calcagno Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gloria Alice Calcagno of Burton, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cunningham and Clarice Cunningham (Panicki); her husband Michael Calcagno; and her brother Bernard Cunningham. She is survived by: her children, Joe Calcagno and Rita Avery (James); her grandchildren, Nicci Lumm (Dennis), Tony Calcagno, Kristina Garavaglia (Tom) and Jon-Erik Avery (Khailey); and her great grandchildren, Zoey, Olivia, Sophia, Ava, Vincent and Coen. She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (5199 Richfield Rd, Flint, MI 48506).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to North End Soup Kitchen, in Gloria's memory.
