She was predeceased by: her parents, Eunice LePage and Leonard LePage; her husband Michael Losey; and her siblings, Kenneth LePage, Timmothy LePage and Judy Putman.
She is survived by: her pet Bella; her children, Jeffrey Losey (Melanie), Aimee Brown (Lyle), Andrea Menko (Todd) and Melissa Krul (Justin); and her sister Deanna D. Chapman. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, other loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, in Jacquie's memory.
