He was predeceased by: his parents, Ginter Eickhoff and Fleeta Eickhoff (Richardson); his wife Patricia Baumgart; his grandson Brian; and his brothers, Devaun (Betty) and Clifford (Betty).

He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Donna), Timothy (Patty) and Michael (Karen); his grandchildren, Josh (Regan), Jason, Donny (Alexandra), Keri (Andrew), Sarah (Timothy), Ryan (Johnna), Lindsay (Brian), Leandra (Jack), Daniel, Laura (Eren), David (Emily) and James; and his brother Duane (Kay) of Indiana. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.

Contributions may be made to the Genesee County Humane Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
