She was predeceased by : her parents, Gladys Millen-Tidey (Ward) and George W. Millen; her stepfather Henry Tidey; her husband Robert D. Bailie; and her siblings, Rev. Darrel Millen, Leonard Millen, Pauline Millen-Nolan and Evelyn Millen-Hoadley.
She is survived by : her daughter Robin Welsh (Gary); her grandchildren, Denae Welsh and Andrew Welsh; her half-siblings, Peggy Tidey and Steven Tidey; and her siblings-in-law, Inez Millen, Lois Millen, Judith Climer, Prudy Hannigan and Donald Palmer.
