Madelon Sue LaGrange Obituary

We announce the death of Madelon Sue LaGrange of Burton, Michigan, who passed away on June 18, 2026, at the age of 78. Madelon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Casper Schmidt and Marie Schmidt (Chevro); and her nephew John J. Schmidt Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Rosalyn Boehmke (Fred), John Schmidt (Mary Ann), Merijean Boyce (Bill) and Jay Schmidt; her nephews, Joseph Schmidt, Michael Schmidt (Jennifer), Joshua Schmidt, Anthony Schmidt, Brian Boyce, Daryl Boyce (Brenda) and Kevin Schmidt; her niece Kristy Schmidt; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brenden Sells, John Schmidt, Jacob Schmidt, Thomas Schmidt, Tyler Swartz, Kevin Schmidt Jr., Claire Schmidt, Jeahna Schmidt, Savannah Schmidt, Katie Schmidt and Keviunna Schmidt. She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
