He is survived by: his daughters, April Putnam (George), Pamela Butler and Amanda Holt (Mark Henry); his grandchildren, Christopher Butler (Shirley), TJ Reip, Kaidance Henry, Anthony Putnam and Adisyn Henry; his great grandchild Chase Butler; and his brother Andrew Reip (Christina).
