She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, H. Jerry Horn and Mary Ann Horn (Fatura); her husband Don McMinn; her sons, Luke Rogers (Tiffany) and Ned Rogers; her grandchildren, Anayah, Luke and Aubree Rogers; her siblings, Jill Horski (Ed), Jerry Horn and Tammy DeRoche (Steve); her nieces and nephews, Jason Gooding (Jenna), Heather Watson (Jason), Krystal Minarik (Stanley), Garret DeRoche, Braden and Dylan Horn (Sharna); her close friend Brad Martindale; Mary Ann Horn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Vicki's name are suggested to breast and pancreatic Cancer Awareness organizations to honor her spirit and legacy.
