Vickie leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Vickie’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Vickie will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoke Lee and Nina Lou Smith (Dawson); and her brother Carl Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jerry James Cotie; her children, John Tallent (Shay) of Flushing and Tracy Porter of Pine Bluff, AR.; and her siblings, Luann Gross of Flint, Bobby Smith of Flint and Tony Smith (Carol) of Burton. She is also survived by grandchildren, one great-grandchild, nieces, nephews and friends.
