He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Linn and Cecelia Linn (Sirens); his son Edmund Trstenjak, Jr.; his siblings, Shirley Linn, Donald Linn (Chris) and Rose Mary Linn; his half-siblings, Luella Hoiland (Richard), Marvin Stewart (Barbara) and James Stewart (Aretha); and his pets, Teddy and Sadi Lou.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Linn; his children, Wendy Zarza (Jeff), Guy Trstenjak (Maureen) and Mike Trstenjak (Lori); his grandchildren, Domenic Zarza, Ian Trstenjak and Katelyn Trstenjak; his siblings, Robert Linn (Sandra), Della Harris (Bob), Eugene Linn (Cheryl) and Allen Linn (Annita); and his pets, Max, Vader, Scotch and Kiwi. He is also survived by other loving family members and good friends.
The inurnment will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Humane Society of Genesee County, in Virgil's memory.
